The design and development section at VPPL has a skilled staff that can create goods that meet the needs of cherished clients.
The refrigerator air compressor's lifespan is largely determined by the sealing material of the refrigerator door gaskets, which is also the key to the refrigerator's energy-saving performance. By conducting a design analysis of the necessary shape and offering customers value-engineered solutions, our design team may adjust to the customer's design and specifications.
VPPL is dedicated to meeting client needs and adding value to goods from both a usage and application standpoint. We accomplish this by being in constant communication with the client during the course of the project. With the newest analytical tools at its disposal, VPPL is dedicated to developing, perfecting, developing, and optimizing solutions.
Functionality and Technology
The initial thermal insulation between the refrigerator door and cabinet consists of vulcanized rubber tube-shaped extruded profiles that are welded together using filler materials. A ratchet closure mechanism squeezes the profiles in between the closing frames.
A sealing system with no plasticizer migration was created and produced by VPPL using thermo-plastic magnetic gasket profiles. Perfect door closure has been made possible by inserting a flexible magnetic strip inside the gasket, doing away with the necessity for a ratchet closure. This approach has made VPPL a market leader and fundamentally altered the idea of thermal insulation in the refrigerator and freezer industry.
The business is always looking for innovative and novel solutions. The company's plastics division created its first product line of soft PVC or TPE (PVC-free) gaskets, which are both magnetic and non-magnetic. In order to have the best sealing, springback, and rolling effect qualities, the gasket profile design is constantly revised in terms of material and performance based on our innovations, market trends, and client requirements.
